Elegance, beauty, and grace. What woman doesn’t want these things? I find my biggest inspirations lately to be lying in the art of ballet. Thanks Pinterest (follow me to see pretty things!) for keeping a beautiful flow of dancer inspired images filling my feed! In the spirit of dance, I’ve decided to share some of my favorite new ballet flats for spring. Yes, I love (and I mean LOVE!) high heels but flats are so much more practical these days (I’m working 5 days a week as a nanny for goodness sake!) Spring is the perfect time for ballet flats in my mind because the weather is getting warmer, but there’s still a bit of a cool breeze with a chance of rain (like my fellow southern Californians know from Tuesday’s sudden downpour!); so closed toe flats are a better solution to open sandals at the moment. BTW, I’m totally obsessed with a cap-toe right now; can you tell?
Where to find these amazing deals: GoJane.com
Cork Cap-toe in turquoise // Quilted Cap-toe in royal blue/nude // Quilted Metallic Cap-toe in gold/black (I actually bought these for myself!!) // Leather Pointed Cap-toe in gold/black // Reptile Textured Jeweled Cap-toe in black // Pointed Cap-toe in mint/gold
Be inspired; wear flats.

Hey love! So glad you have met you via Poshmark. Absolutely LOVE your blog. I’m just starting with mine, and hope to fine my niche in the blogging world as well as you have. BTW where did you take those fabulous phone booth pictures? Is that around Monrovia?
I’ll be reading! I’d love to chat soon.

Hi Elissa <3 Thanks so much for checking out my blog – so glad you’re enjoying it! :) Isn’t Poshmark just great? :) Will definitely be checking out your blog!! I love making new blogger friends, especially when they’re local! As for the the location of the incredible British tele-booth….it’s in Pasadena. Right behind the shops on Lake Ave. Behind Williams & Sonoma, Lemonade (amazing restaurant – you should check it out if you haven’t already! They have an incredible mint cucumber lemonade that rocks my world!), and it’s also right by The Dry Bar….yet another fab spot to visit if you haven’t already! The Dry Bar does the cutest blowouts for only $35 including a wash! (Yea, I’m what they call a “barfly” I go there so often! lol! Ask for Mikol, he’s the besttt!) Thanks again for the support and love on my blog and Poshmark! Will definitely be getting that Betsey Johnson laptop case soon!
xo, Kate
